Q1: Can I get a quote?

cases can have a menu and quote especially designed for
you within 48 hours.
Q2: What are the payment terms?
We accept cheques, cash, most credit cards, and
direct deposit. We take a 50% deposit to confirm
booking, and the remaining balance 48hrs prior. Any
incidentals are paid for on completion.
Q3: Can I sample the menu? Does L’amour provide
tastings?
We understand the need to get your menu right. This
is why we plan meals individually rather than giving
generic menus to choose from. In most cases we can
accurately describe and sometimes even provide pictures
of menu items. However there will be instances where a
tasting is required and we can do this at your venue or
your own home at cost.
Q4: What if the venue we have chosen has preferred
caterers that do not include L’amour?
Don’t panic, most venues are happy to take the
booking if a caterer fulfills requirements such as
insurance, quality, industry experience etc. We are constantly on the lookout for new venues
that will synergize with our services. We are most happy
to speak on your behalf with any venue regarding the
provision of catering services.
Q5: What if we have to cancel?
Depending on the type of function most cancellations
more than 14 days prior incur no cancellation fee.
Within 14 days 50% of the deposit is forfeited. Within
48hrs 100% of the deposit is forfeited. Within 24hrs the
entire balance will be payable.
