John Mulligan
John has been in restaurants and catering for 21 years. He apprenticed as
a chef with Neil Perry from Rockpool, Guillame Brahimi from
Guillame @ Bennelong, and Liam Tomlin of Banc and now Chefs’
Warehouse in Cape Town.
John believes that food should follow the seasons and that
produce quality and care for ingredients is paramount. When it
comes to catering the service of food should have a sense of
theatre, and dishes need to present with style. John is excited
about the future of Kosher food and catering in Australia and
actively sources and encourages kosher certification of new
products.
